AMC is an Annual Maintenance contract between a customer and a service provider for repair & maintenance of air conditioner used by the customer. The contract specifies the services, schedule, pricing & scope of work for an annual period. Customers can enjoy the hassle-free operations of their air conditioners if covered under AMC by signing the AMC contract with service provider or OEM.
